SPEAKERS

JELENA DOKIC
Jelena Dokic is an inspiring Australian whose journey embodies resilience, courage, and the relentless spirit of a true champion. A former world No. 4 tennis player, Jelena rose to global prominence at just 16 years old after defeating world No. 1 Martina Hingis at Wimbledon, one of the sport’s most remarkable upsets. She went on to reach the quarter-finals that year and backed it up with consecutive semi-final appearances, showcasing extraordinary talent, determination, and composure far beyond her years.
Beyond her achievements on the court, Jelena’s story is one of profound strength in the face of adversity. A two-time refugee, she endured bullying, racism, and years of abuse in her early life, experiences that deeply impacted her mental health. Despite these challenges, Jelena found the courage to confront her past and rebuild her life, transforming pain into purpose and becoming a powerful advocate for resilience and recovery.
Through her bestselling books Unbreakable and Fearless, and the acclaimed documentary Unbreakable: The Jelena Dokic Story, Jelena has shared her truth with honesty and bravery, helping to break stigma around mental health and inspire others to find their voice. Now a respected commentator, speaker, and media personality, she continues to uplift and empower audiences, proving that even in the face of immense hardship, it is possible to rise, heal, and thrive.
PHIL HARRIS
Phil Harris began his real estate career in 2001 and, over the next two decades, built a reputation as one of South Australia’s most accomplished sales agents and auctioneers.

Widely regarded as one of the most influential leaders in the Australian real estate industry, Phil is regularly sharing insights on sales, leadership, branding, and market trends. His engaging style and practical expertise have made him a respected voice both within the industry and beyond.
Driven by a genuine passion for people and property, Phil leads one of Australia’s most progressive real estate businesses, combining strategic vision with deep industry expertise to deliver outstanding results and shape the future of real estate.

SHANE WEBCKE
Shane Webcke is a remarkable Australian whose journey reflects strength, resilience, and an enduring commitment to family and community. At the peak of his rugby league career, he was widely regarded as one of the best front rowers in the world, representing Queensland on 24 occasions and Australia in 26 Tests. Across a distinguished 12-year career with the Brisbane Broncos, he earned multiple accolades, including being named the Dally M Prop of the Year three times.
Beyond the football field, Shane has built a diverse and grounded life. A farmer, businessman, author, and news presenter, he balances life on his Southern Queensland farm with his role behind the desk at Seven, all while raising a family with his wife and three children. He also shares his experiences and insights as a sought-after speaker, engaging audiences across Australia with stories of discipline, leadership, and life beyond elite sport.
Shane’s journey has also been shaped by personal tragedy. At just 18, he lost his father in a workplace accident, an experience that profoundly impacted his life and inspired his work as a safety ambassador. Through sharing his story, he encourages others to prioritise safety and look out for one another. Down-to-earth and authentic, Shane continues to inspire through his storytelling, his work ethic, and his ability to remain grounded while navigating success, hardship, and life beyond the game.
SHANE KEMPTON
